Shipping & Exchange
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please visit our Shipping & Exchange page for more details.
It depends on where you are. We typically ship orders between 7-14 business days. Deliveries in India can reach you between 4-8 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Shipping details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange option. In special cases, consideration may be made for which we request you to connect with us directly. Please refer to our Shipping & Exchange Policy for more information.
We would appreciate it if you could plan for someone to collect your order on the date of delivery, as will be notified to you. In case there is no one available to receive the order, delivering on an alternate date strictly depends on the policy of our delivery partner. Returns & Refunds
Orders once placed successfully cannot be cancelled. It is so that the time and energy spent by our artisans in handcrafting your products do not go to waste. We appreciate in your valuing their craft and ensuring that the return may only be requested in special cases or in case of any defect in the product. Please connect with us directly to place a return request.
Yes, we offer 100% store credit in case you wish to return the product for any reason. We do not extend any cash refund or return on the orders successfully placed. In rare cases where there is any manufacturing defect or any physical damage as part of the shipping process, we do exchange or repair the products without any questions asked. You can contact us to place such a request.
