Exchange/Return Policy
- We do not accept return for your order unless the product delivered to you is defective. In such cases, we can either exchange it or issue a return for 100% credit note valid for upto 1 year.
- Exchanges are only accepted for size issues and are valid only once per order.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- We offer free shipping for all orders across India.
- Industale shall not be liable for any delay due to natural calamities or cause beyond our control. We thoroughly check all our products and follow an ultra-careful quality check before dispatching each order.
- Orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping timelines may get affected due to festive season or holidays, government restrictions, lockdown rules, reduced workforce and more such factors.
International Shipping
Shipping Charges:
- INR 2,500 flat fee for orders below INR 15,000
- Free shipping on orders above INR 15,000
- Note: Due to logistical constraints, we currently do not ship to North Korea
Customs Duties & Tariffs: - For orders shipping to the U.S.,our prices are inclusive of all tariffs - there are no hidden charges upon delivery.
- For all other international destinations, customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes will be charged by the local customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid directly at the time of delivery. You will be notified by the shipping partner or customs office regarding the amount payable before your order is released for delivery.
Delivery Timeline:
- Orders are delivered within 10 to 21 business days, depending on customs clearance and the destination country’s postal services.
Customs & Duties:
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or required documentation for clearance must be arranged and paid by the customer.
- If customs clearance is denied due to missing documents, Industale will not be liable for a refund.
- Non-payment of duties and taxes will lead to cancellation without refund.
- International orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges, size exchanges, or credit notes.
- However, in cases of damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at priyamvada@industale.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting images and videos.
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three (3) times. If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us and considered abandoned. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
